خمسة عشرة عاماً من الغربة القسرية والهجرة السياسية والغياب بحثاّ عن المستقبل ... الفن التشكيلي السوري تناثر  مع الفنانين المهاجرين في كل انحاء العالم والتوق للعودة عند الجميع، واللقاء بمعرض مشترك مع الفنانين المقيمين لم يعد حلم .. عودة للقاء … اللقاء معا في مشهد واحد او مشاهد متتابعة و الرؤية للكلدعونا الفنانين للقاء في دمشق فدمشق جمعتنا والان "دمشق تجمعنا "هذا المشروع بحاجة لتضافر جهود عدة صالات ونحت عملنا على تحقيقه لأشهر ونرجوا ان نستمر لتعود كل الطيور المهاجرة،معرضنا بدأ ومستمر ولن يقف عن هذا المعرض هو البداية فدمشق تجمعنا

“Damascus Brings Us Together” Exhibition

Fifteen years of forced exile, political displacement, and absence in search of a future… Syrian contemporary art has scattered across the world alongside the artists who carried it with them. Yet the longing to return has always remained. To reunite in a shared exhibition with artists who stayed in Syria is no longer just a dream.

A return to meet again. Coming together in one shared space, through a series of artistic voices, each offering its own vision while forming a collective story.

We invited artists to gather once more in Damascus, because Damascus has always brought us together.

And now, Damascus Brings Us Together.

This project has required the collaboration of several galleries and tremendous dedication over many months. We hope it is only the beginning, and that it continues to grow until every migratory bird finds its way home.

Our exhibition has opened and continues. It will not end with this exhibition—this is only the beginning.

A collaboration between Samer Kozah Gallery, Damascus and Urbanist Gallery, Dubai.

The exhibition occupies the second and third floors of The Khan, on Midhat Pasha Street, opposite the entrance to Maktab Anbar, in Old Damascus.
